Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Delivered: We cover all return shipping costs and expedite replacement
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Size/Color Issues: Shipping costs may be shared or waived based on circumstances

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:

  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • No additional charges for exchanges due to defects or our errors
  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply for customer preference changes
  • Exchange processing takes 7-14 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
