We currently ship to all locations across India, including:

  • All major cities and metropolitan areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Remote and rural areas (subject to courier serviceability)
  • Pin codes covered by our courier partners

Note: Some remote locations may have extended delivery times. We will inform you if your area requires additional delivery time.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

📦 Metro Cities & Major Towns

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)
  • Cities include: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, etc.

📦 Other Cities & Towns

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (where available)

📦 Remote & Rural Areas

  • Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on courier partner serviceability

Important: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are competitive and transparent:

🚚 Free Shipping

  • Orders above Rs. 499 qualify for FREE shipping nationwide
  • Applies to all product categories
  • No minimum order quantity required

💰 Standard Shipping Charges

  • Orders below Rs. 499: Rs. 49 flat shipping charge
  • Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply (specified on product page)
  • Remote Areas: Additional Rs. 30-50 may be charged for certain pin codes

âš¡ Express Delivery

  • Metro Cities: Rs. 99 (1-2 days delivery)
  • Other Cities: Rs. 149 (2-4 days delivery)
  • Subject to availability and product eligibility

Order Processing Time

Understanding our processing workflow:

  1. Order Confirmation: You receive an order confirmation email immediately
  2. Payment Verification: Online payments are verified within 1-2 hours
  3. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days
  4. Packing: Items are carefully packed with quality materials
  5. Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days
  6. Tracking: You receive tracking information via email and SMS

The choice of courier partner depends on your location and product type for optimal delivery experience.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery process includes:

  • First Attempt: Courier partner attempts delivery to your provided address
  • Contact Attempt: You will receive a call/SMS before delivery
  • Failed Delivery: If delivery fails, item is held at local courier office
  • Second Attempt: Another delivery attempt is made the next business day
  • Third Attempt: Final attempt before returning to origin
  • Self-Pickup: You can collect from the courier office with valid ID

Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts:

  • The package is returned to our warehouse
  • You will be notified via email and SMS
  • Reasons for non-delivery (incorrect address, customer unavailable, refused delivery, etc.)
  • Options for re-delivery or refund will be provided
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for re-shipment

Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Complete Address: House/Flat number, building name, street name
  • Landmark: Nearby prominent location for easy identification
  • Pin Code: Accurate 6-digit pin code
  • Contact Number: Active mobile number for delivery coordination
  • Alternate Number: Optional but recommended for backup contact
  • City & State: Correctly spelled city and state names

Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address?

  • Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately - we can update the address free of charge
  • After Dispatch: Contact courier partner directly - may incur additional charges
  • In Transit: Address changes are difficult but we will try our best to help
  • Email Us: support@balatrendz.in with order number and new address

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD facility is available with the following terms:

  • Availability: Available for orders up to Rs. 10,000
  • COD Charges: Rs. 49 per order (in addition to shipping charges)
  • Payment: Pay the delivery person in cash upon receiving the order
  • Exact Amount: Please keep exact change ready
  • Inspection: You can inspect the package before payment
  • Receipt: Delivery person will provide a payment receipt

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our services globally in the future.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event of issues with your delivery:

📦 Damaged Package

  • Do not accept the package if it appears heavily damaged
  • If accepted, open immediately in front of delivery person
  • Take photos/videos of damaged packaging and products
  • Report to us within 48 hours at support@balatrendz.in
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund immediately

📦 Missing Items

  • Check the package thoroughly upon receipt
  • Report any missing items within 48 hours
  • Provide order details and photos if possible
  • We will investigate and send the missing items or provide a refund

Delivery During Festivals

Please note that during major festivals and sale periods:

  • Delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days
  • High order volumes can cause delays
  • We will keep you updated on any expected delays
  • Plan your orders in advance during festive seasons

Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Strikes and lockouts
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Civil unrest or political instability

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to deliver your order as soon as possible.
